3 Large Mango's Sliced
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon [optional]
1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg [optional]
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Concentrate [optional]
2 Cups Sliced Strawberries [optional]
2 Cups Fresh Blueberries [optional]
2 Cups Fresh Blackberries [optional]

Cooking Directions:
When cooking sticky rice you want to rinse the rice a few times till the water runs clear. Add your rice to the bowl, you want the water to be 2 inches above your rice. Let the rice soak for 5 hours in the water. After soak wrap rice in "cheesecloth" and place in a steamer. Bamboo steamers work best. Use 6-8 cups of water. Cover the bamboo steamer with a regular 8 inch lid and steam cook for 45 minutes. Cut mangos to serve them on the side with coconut milk.
