1 Large Egg
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour + 2 Cups Instant White Rice
1/2 Cup Pure Peanut Oil + 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Ginger
1 Clove Garlic Minced + 1 Large Carrot Sliced + 2 Celery Sticks Diced
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 Tablespoon Port + 2 Tablespoon Cold water
1 Tablespoon Sugar Water
Dash Of Cayenne Pepper + 1/2 Teaspoon Course Salt
1 Tablespoon Barbecue Sauce + 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Cooking Directions:
Cook rice as directed on package. Slit and tenderize meat. Mix egg with flour and salt in a large mixing bowl add tenderized meat to marinade for at least 30 minutes. Saute Beef in 1/2 Cup Hot oil in large skillet or Wok for 2 minutes. Set aside. Flash saute garlic, ginger in Hot peanut oil. Add carrots and celery cook till tender but crisp. Add sauce and onion. Combine both Woks and cook and additional 3-5 minutes. Place spicy beef on bed of rice. Serve it with beer.
