2 Cups Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
3 Cans Chicken Broth
2 Cups Cooked Wild Rice
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Chicken Sliced
1/2 Cup Shredded Carrot
1/2 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1/4 Dried Ground Marjoram
1 Tablespoon Sherry
1 Tablespoon Ground Pepper

Cooking Directions:
Melt Margarine or butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in fresh sliced mushrooms and chopped green onions, Cover the saucepan and cook for 3 minutes, then stir in chicken broth, cooked wild rice, cooked chicken, shredded carrots, mixed herbs and ground marjoram. Mix well, heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes stirring often. Stir in sherry, salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with fresh garlic bread side dish.
